Our labs
Materials and device lab is used for various material synthesis, characterization and sensor and other electronic material integration, packaging, stability and durability analysis.
Materials and Devices Lab (iMEMS-1)
Material synthesis facility used for basic research and coupon sample preparation before the processes are scaled to engineering design.
- This facility also includes a state of the art characterization facility for nano and biomaterials and various in situ studies with elaborate instrumented set-up.
- Spectroscopy and microscopy facility includes elaborate arrangement for diagnostic analysis using nano-bio material assay.
- This lab includes a small clean room for biomaterial handling and microscopy for in-vitro studies of scaffold and lab-on-chip systems.
Theory and Computational Lab (iMEMS-2)
This lab accommodates those working on theoretical and computational subjects and it hosts mainly desktop computing facility.
